What this service includes
Every Thai limited company, active or dormant, must have its annual financial statements audited by a licensed Thai CPA and filed with the Department of Business Development (DBD) within 5 months of the fiscal year end.
We work with independent licensed Thai CPAs (separate from our bookkeeping team, as required for auditor independence) who review your year-end accounts, sign the audited financial statements, and assist with the DBD e-filing and the shareholder meeting documentation that is filed alongside.
