Pattaya Legal Service ("we", "us") respects your privacy and complies with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA"). This policy explains what we collect when you use https://pattayalegalservice.com, why, and how to exercise your rights.
1. Information we collect
- Enquiry data — name, email, phone, service of interest and the message you send via our contact form or WhatsApp.
- Technical data — IP address, browser/device, pages viewed, referring URL.
- Marketing attribution — UTM parameters and ad click identifiers (e.g. gclid, fbclid) when you arrive from a campaign.

2. Why we use it
- Reply to your enquiry and provide the services you request (contractual basis).
- Send transactional confirmations of your enquiry (legitimate interest).
- Improve the website, measure marketing performance and prevent abuse (legitimate interest, with consent for analytics cookies).
- Comply with Thai legal and tax obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We share data only with processors that help us run the service: our website host, email-delivery provider, customer database and Google Analytics. We do not sell personal data. Where data leaves Thailand it is sent only to providers that offer adequate protection under PDPA.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Accounting records are kept for the period required by Thai tax law (typically 5 years).
5. Your PDPA rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@pattayalegalservice.com. We respond within 30 days.
